Welcome to Sapphire Pool Service. By accessing and using our services, including our website and any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
We offer professional pool cleaning and water care. Our services include water testing, chemical balancing (chemicals included in the price unless stated otherwise), filter cleaning, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, leaf catcher cleaning, brushing pool surfaces, netting debris from the surface, vacuuming the pool as needed, checking the equipment for proper operation, and cleaning the equipment area. We specialize strictly in routine cleaning and water quality maintenance—we do not perform equipment repairs, installations, or construction-related services. If we notice any equipment issues during our visit, we will inform the customer, but diagnosis and repair must be handled by a licensed pool repair technician or electrician.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the water level in their pool within the proper range to ensure equipment functions correctly, and for keeping all pool equipment—including the pump, filter, and timer—in working condition. We ask customers to notify us promptly of any unusual conditions or suspected equipment issues. On service days, access to the pool area must be unobstructed, with gates unlocked in case the code is not provided and pets secured to allow safe and efficient service. Additionally, customers agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Appointments and Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, emergencies, or equipment failure. Customers may cancel recurring service at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before their next scheduled visit. However, since payment is required to approve a quote typically covering one month of service, this payment is non-refundable once the quote is approved. If we arrive for a scheduled service and cannot access the pool area due to locked gates, loose or aggressive dogs, or other obstructions, the visit may be marked as completed and no refund will be issued, as the service provider was unable to perform due to access limitations. One-time services are non-refundable once completed.
Payments and Billing
Payment is required in advance for the upcoming month or emergency service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payments. If payment is not received by the scheduled service date, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the service until payment is made. Late payments may incur additional fees, and we will notify you if this occurs. Payments for one-time services are non-refundable once the service is completed.
Equipment and Liability
We are not responsible for damage resulting from aging, faulty, or malfunctioning pool equipment. If we observe signs of failure or unsafe conditions, we will notify the customer, but we are not liable for any resulting issues. While we treat every pool with care, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear on equipment or surfaces, or damage caused by weather events or customer neglect—such as low water levels or non-functioning equipment. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Sapphire Pool Service is fully insured for your protection.
SMS Service
Our text messaging communications provide appointment confirmations, message notifications, and offers for products and services to existing customers or new customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
