You must ensure that access to your pool area is available for our scheduled service appointments.
Appointments and Cancellations
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or equipment failure.
Payments and Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payments.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Limitations of Liability

SMS Service
Our text messaging communications provide appointment confirmations, message notifications, and offers for products and services to existing customers or new customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [your contact email].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
